Rachel makes plans with Paulo in Rome, while Phoebe has hooked up with a physicist named David. Monica has called up “Funny Bobby” an ex-date of hers because both Chandler and Phoebe have dates. Chandler is pressurized to go out with his ex-date Janice, while Joey who is playing the role of an elf in the Christmas season has found Sandy. This single outs Ross, who is sad that he has no one to be with and his pet monkey is more friendly with others then him.
